Barf.

Tomorrow is my first day working in ICU, and I'm really nervous. We're tallkin' barf-nervous. I will tell you how it goes (even if all I have to report on is that my instructor sent me home for barfing on my patient).

I had to pick up mushy cat poop the other morning and i got the dry heaves. Seriously, I almost barfed.
