a few months ago my mom sent me a card that said, "some days are hopscotch kind of days, and some days are waiting to get nailed at dodgeball kind of days.
Today was a dodgeball kind of day. Relentless is the only word that comes to mind. Modern day plague kind of stuff
-dead cell phone
-dead car battery
-118 degree weather
-no-show fed ex guy who didn't deliver my effing paycheck
-wading through a sea of drunk dickwads at Cesar's Palace to pick up check, that wasn't even there because of no-show fed-ex guy.
-burns on arms from attempting to jump dead battery
-5 hours wasted waiting for Triple A guy to come replace dead battery
-pen exploding in the pocket of my favorite jeans.
-one meal ALL DAY consisting of potato chips and an iced coffee
....but the piece d' resistance: I have 2 midterms tomorrow that I will surly fail.
i hate today. i looked like a war victim when i stumbled in the door tonight.
that is all.

Rosie. That sounds like hell, and I'm sorry. I wish I could give you a hug, or take your midterms for you.
My second and final final will be taken tomorrow morning. I might fail it... but I'll still pass the class. Either way we're heading to California immediately after, which makes me not care about silly 'ol finals. I don't think you'll make it out while we're there, but I'm still hoping.
Love you.
at least you are still funny. i miss you bestie.
