The morning began with a mandatory staff meeting at Anthropologie. The words "Mandatory" and "Vaca!" do not sit well with me, but whatev. There were free bagels. Worked till 5 and now I'm watching reruns of Miami Ink. I'm beat down. Tonight I will probably watch a movie and knit. I read an article about the new Mother Teresa letters that are going to be published in a few days. The letters are riddled with doubt and loss of faith. I find that both refreshing and scary. I'm excited to read them.

You don't know how happy I was to see not one, but three new posts on your blog. And, how happy I was reading your first day post, which exuded of a very good humor.
I received your letter. I could say a lot about that right now, but I feel that I really ought to write it instead. I love you.
p.s. Now I really want to read Mother Teresa's letters. We should read them together... Amber if you read this, I'm sorry. I never bought that book. But I'm sure you're finished with it now. We can start fresh with Mother Teresa?
sounds good to me j.a.c! let me know when you get this one.
i'm excited about my letter rose. i have so many things to write you about. but, as usual, we will probably speak on the phone before i write and then i will have nothing to write about.
i think that maybe if you have access to a copy machine that a few highlights of said documents might be in order for our newly found postal club.
Rosie, I am excited about the book as well -- it is nice to see the humanity of those we call saints; the doubt and darkness of this world unescapable -- even David doubted.
