Listening to Kicking Television:

Getting ready to spend a lovely Saturday evening studying. Guess what? I bought a goldfish last weekend. I didn't want to announce it until I knew she wouldn't die on me. Well, it's been a whole week and little Eleanor Rigby is alive and kicking. You should have seen me at the pet store, fretting with the sales girl:
Me: "But, if I only get one will she be lonely? Do they get lonely?"
Sales Girl: "I don't know, I'm not a goldfish."
Me: " Ok, I'll take that one. Does she look healthy? I don't want her to die, like ever."
Sales Girl: "Yea, she looks healthy , but if she does die in the next 14 days you can get another one on warranty."
Me: "Um, please don't say that. You'll jinx her."

Tyler says a Goldfish is a noble pet, I would have to agree. In other news, my two plants are still alive and I just sprouted 5 little sunflower seeds. Just call me mother earth.

I'm a little sad you only got one...I wanted there to be a Father McKenzie. Though it's fitting for Elenor to be alone I suppose (but of course she has you). Glad she's alive and kickin' (television).

yes rosie, i read it. its good to know. i randomly came across that video and it broke my heart, so i've been reading and realizing that the radiation effect is still going contaminating people! maybe one day i can play a part in helping victims. it was so good being with you as well, i always knew you would be like a godmother to my kids one day, and you are SO good with them. love you too.
