Another startling moment of transition

So here is a real post, about life. 10:41 pm, Big Bear Lake, CA. Pool's House. Bob Dylan, Girl from the North Country:
The last few days I've worn a sweatshirt, and the last few nights I've thrown another blanket on my bed. Fall is coming. Fall is by far the most beautiful of the seasons. It is the one I relate to the most. A moment of a beautiful and startling transition. The last few years life has felt like one fall after another. The chill enters the air and then I begin yet another endeavor. I asked my self the other day in my journal if I am running from something, I decided no. More so, I feel I am looking for something. Waiting for a change maybe? I don't know, but I do know this: over the last few months I've learned something valuable in the face of yet another move, another new beginning. These are the challenges He has given me. This is the height and width and depth He trusts me with. I know much of what I've experienced has seemed haphazard, but I trust even when I fumble, He sees purpose. I also see all the blessings He has given me to pull through the moments I feel helpless in. And I'm not going to ask Him why anymore. I will just continue on, keeping my eyes open along the way. I really do hope Fullerton is my last move for awhile. I want to finish school. I want to be a nurse. I want a church and a ballet class and a garden and a fish. I want a permanent address. I want permanence. I want to experience each season in one place. Trade in the wings for roots.
