Just a taste:

of the madness:
One of my practice test questions;
"The nurse is caring for clients in the Emergency Department of an acute care facility. Four clients have been admitted in the last 20 minutes. Which of the admissions should the nurse see first?
1. A client complaining of chest pain that is unrelieved by nitroglycerine
2. A client with third degree burns to the face
3. A client with a fractured hip
4. A client vomiting blood. "

....I would find a gun...for myself.

Last night I went to dinner with a friend who passed her boards this last week. I asked her (to my demise) how many practice questions she did in preparation for the exam? She looked at my straight faced and said, "7,000." I do not joke my friends. I do not.

"I don't even own A gun" (for amber)

1. A client complaining of chest pain that is unrelieved by nitroglycerine
2. A client with third degree burns to the face
3. A client with a fractured hip
4. A nurse named Derek who crapped his OR scrubs
5. A client vomiting blood.
I chose 4

I can see "The Office" type scenario in my head. One nurse asking nurse Derek what do to. He just looks at her, it get's really quiet and you can just barely hear him pooping his pants.

All those things sound pretty terrible, except the vomiting blood thing. I mean, who doesn't enjoy a good blood vomit. But seriously, living in Vegas, you need to pick up a 9.
