So yesterday measure 5 passed in Nevada. Measure 5 bans smoking in any establishment that serves food...Even bars that offer any food "other than peanuts or popcorn". Unbelievable!! I would have more likely expected monkeys to fly out of my own ass.

i'm a little pissed, Vegas was the few place on earth that I could eat my grand slam and smoke a cig at the same time. i'm extremely sad!
