The Law of the Harvest.

So I'm reading The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. When I first bought it I almost ripped the cover off, because I was embarrassed at this obvious attempt at improvement. I purchased the book a few weeks ago after I had a break down at work. I usually keep myself pretty contained, but lately it wells up and then bursts out at the most inappropriate times. I've become the crazy girl who randomly cries at work or Starbucks or Target or at the bar over a beer with my brother. It's not that I'm sad, necessarily, it is that I feel overwhelmed. But you know what? The book is amazing. I would recommend it to everyone. I've learned so much already. The author suggest reading it and then "teaching" what you are learning to someone. I don't have much of a sounding board here in Vegas, so you all may have to suffer through a few entries of my path to betterment....So deal. The first thought I leave you with is this: "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit." Aristotle.
